Low Carb Vegan Bowl

PlANTBASED. We are what we eat. Nurture yourself with the right foods and your body will thrive #wholefoods 🌱Feed it poor quality food and inevitably it will get sick.

Eating clean and healthy is not complicated as many people think. It’s so simple. It took me 10 min to put together this salad. Make sure your fridge is packed with whole foods and greens. Always have some healthy options pre cooked like quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, beens, legumes, grains, rosted Tofu… you can easily prepare salads, hot or cold Poke Bowls.

Low-Carb Vegan Bowl:

  • Avocado
  • Cauliflower Rice
  • Edamame
  • Beetroot/Zucchini/Carrot Noodles
  • Cherry Tomatoes – Spinach.
  • Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Sweet Potato Lovers

It’s a staple in my diet, I could eat it everyday. Besides being so yummy it’s packed with vitamins B and C, minerals, like iron, calcium and selenium and healthy fibers.

The key ingredient is an antioxidant known as beta-carotene, which converts to Vit A when consumed and it‘s beneficial for your eyes health, your imune and reproductive system, and your skin!


It’s so versatile and easy to cook too. Toss it in the oven, boil it or microwave it. There’s also the fried version (which I loooove) but is not as healthy.

Quinoameal Bowl

Not your usual Oatmeal…

The other day posted this breakfast on stories and you guys asked me for the recipe, so here it goes.
These were the ingredients I’ve used, and to be honest it was really what I had in my fridge that day. Put everything together and it turned out very good actually.

  • Quinoa (pre-cooked)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Vegan Protein – Coconut Milk
  • Vanilla Soya Yogurt (a couple of spoons)
  • Chia Seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Goji Berries
  • Maple Syrup

    *you can also try adding Cocoa Powder

Quarentine Makeup

Have you still been doing your makeup during #quarentine?


I have my “no makeup” days which is also good to let your skin breathe a little but I also like to still dress up a bit and do my makeup and hair as it makes me feel more productive, maintaining my routine and more prone to get work done.
This is usually the look I’ve been going for: quick, clean and simple yet making me feel beautiful.

Protein Spirulina Yogurt Bowl

My mid afternoon snack as of lately #obssessed : PROTEIN SPIRULINA YOGURT 🌱


Spirulina is a blue-green algae, considered a superfood and the most Nutrient Dense Food on the planet. It’s a great source of Vegan Protein (60-70% protein content) and has many other amazing nutrients and vitamins, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
Some benefits include weight loss, increased energy, and stimulation of the immune system, cancer prevention. .
It might also cause adverse effects and if you have any medical condition you should check with your health care provider before.

Now the recipe #Vegan 🌱

  • 1 scoop @myproteinae Vegan Protein
  • 1 Soya/Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 tbs Spirulina Powder
  • Stevia for sweetness if needed
  • @myproteinae Vanilla Flavor Drops (optional)
  • Red Berries (love the @kibsons frozen ones)
  • 1 tbs Seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, chia)
  • 1/2 tbs Cacao Nibs

Why you are never satisfied?

Why you are never satisfied with what you have or where you are at in life?

Because you focus on what you don’t have, instead of focusing on what you already have and accomplish. It’s normal and healthy to want more in life, to have goals and dreams to fulfill, but don’t get so hooked up on the future that you forget to live in the present moment and be grateful for what you have right now.

This is also a MUST if you want to attract more! Focus on being content and grateful, feel fulfilled, successful and abundante NOW. When you send out this energy of abundance to the universe, more abundance and happiness will come back to you. If you focus on the lacking, you are attracting more lack and scarcity in your life.
